Every link is handled in-house, from orchard to port. The cocoa stays tied to its origin, and that is what makes our supply readable, steady, traceable and verifiable.
Traceability
Four stages, one same origin.
From orchard to port, the harvest is linked to the farmer and their section from the moment it is collected. Here is the journey of an ECA-PR bag of cocoa.
01Growing & agroforestry
Orchards maintained under shade and supervised by our technicians. Pruning, measured treatments and shade trees distributed to growers.
02Harvest & pod breaking
Pods picked at full ripeness and opened by hand. The harvest is linked to the farmer and their section from collection onwards.
03Fermentation & drying
Beans fermented then naturally sun-dried to develop aroma. A consistent cup profile, checked lot by lot.
04Aggregation & export
Consolidation at the warehouse, weighing and bagging, then shipment under our own ECA-PR exporter licence.
Quality control
Checked, not merely certified on paper.
Every lot goes through our laboratory before aggregation. The cut test verifies fermentation and bean health, the guarantee of consistent cocoa ready for industrial processing.
